I have to admit something here.  The fight between China and the US over CO2 reduction is ridiculous.  The United States has not upheld the last two treaties (Kyoto and Rio), so why would any country believe our government this time?  And China doesn't want to write down its oral reduction strategy - it's the principle, you understand -  even though it will be the largest greenhouse gas polluter within the next decade. 

Shame on both countries! 

Both nations are wrong and both need to admit it.  Then the governments need to move forward to do what is right (which means working on ways to truly reduce greenhouse gases immediately). 

How about you stop posturing and start doing something?  It's what we - the taxpayers - expect and pay you to do.
